BUSINESS HISTORY 
Bill is a project manager with 28 years of engineering experience. He is licensed in Oregon and Washington and has broad engineering experience having worked with a wide range of clients. Past work has included engineering and design for vineyard development, land development, streets and utilities (public and private), and airport development. This background allows Bill to draw on a wide range of problems and approaches to help find unique and innovative solutions to address clients' engineering needs.
