Century West Engineering Corporation is expanding its Pacific Northwest footprint by opening an office in the Puget Sound area. Two experienced senior managers, Glenn Chouinard and Kurt Addicott, have been hired to lead the effort in building Century West’s operations in the Puget Sound Region.
Mr. Chouinard joined Century West in February 2016 as Engineering Manager. He has over 35 years of experience in planning, design and construction management with the majority of it in the infrastructure and transportation field. Mr. Chouinard worked for over 8 years on the major expansion of the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport including the integration of Link Light Rail and management of major program planning. He will be responsible for serving Puget Sound municipal, county, state government and major port and aviation clients.
Mr. Addicott joined Century West in August 2016. He has over 23 years of planning, engineering and construction management experience, with an emphasis on airport development projects throughout the FAA Northwest Mountain Region. Mr. Addicott has managed projects throughout Washington including work at Walla Walla Regional, Ephrata Municipal, Boeing Field, Friday Harbor Airport and Olympia Regional Airport. Mr. Addicott also managed the recent Taxiway B improvements at the Renton Municipal Airport, maintaining both general aviation and critical infrastructure to support Boeing 737 manufacturing operations. He will be responsible for expanding the Washington aviation market.
“We’ve had the opportunity to become established in the region through various projects over the past several years” said Joe Roshak, President. “The addition of Glenn and Kurt to our Puget Sound operations will allow us to continue serving our existing clients and expand our services to new clients by providing local, responsive service.”
Century West’s office is located in the 13th Park Place Building in Federal Way.
