BUSINESS HISTORY 
Matt applies his experience providing civil consulting services to public and private clients to his role leading municipal business development efforts. His civil engineering experience includes all phases of planning, design, and construction of site development, street, water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer projects. Matt is known for his ability to lead a design team and ensure the client’s needs are met on time and within budget.
